I am sick to death of all the prissy opponents of Ms Gillard. She threatens and bullies all day long and they apologise as if they have done something wrong. Who cares if someone claims your dad died of shame, it doesn’t matter, not to adults anyway, and if you say Gay marriage is wrong, it doesn’t make you homophobic. Then if you say Gillard is not up to the job, you aren’t a misogynist, you are truthful, and you aren’t racist if you think the illegal boat arrivals should not stay here.
It is called addressing the issues of constituents, something Labor has not done for a long time.
Nicola Roxon is holding the top law job and yet you aren’t a misogynist if you say she was giving preferential treatment to Slipper with parking arrangement, and you are not out of line when you point out she has overstepped the boundaries when you has private meetings with people like Slipper and Thomson.
And when Tanya Plibersek attacks, why worry, it is a bit like being bitten by a blue tongue lizard, it hurts for a moment, but apart from the bruise the skin is still in tact.
think about it not even the rabid feminists in The Greens are getting involved, as they know this is the dying throes of a failed Government.
We don’t hear Ms Gillard attacking the unions for being misogynists, in their treatment of Kathy Jackson
Senior officials in other unions routinely deride her as delusional, self-obsessed and power hungry. The loathing felt towards her within the HSU is even more intense.
“My branch won’t be part of any union where Kathy Jackson is involved in a senior position,” says Dan Hill, secretary of the HSU’s Western Australia branch. “She’s attacked the ACTU, the Labor party and other branches of the union. She’s cast a shadow over the whole union movement.”
Chris Brown, the HSU’s acting national president, is just as vituperative: “The way she’s played this has magnified the damage to the union … Kathy doesn’t care about members. She doesn’t have their interests at heart and if she keeps going on like this there won’t be much of a union left.”
I would have thought these examples alone should have earned them a title of misogynist, but NO, the PM and the rest of the Shamed Ones never even let go of a roll of their collective eyes, not alone uttering a word that the Union leaders may not have understood anyway.
So why is the Opposition scared? It can only be because of the bullying tactics work. If they attack Gillard, they are shouted down, if the media attacks the Government they are attacked online and sponsors scared off. And if there is anything that hasn’t happened the hate-media makes up a storyline and spreads vile rumours.
So why don’t we all just vote for the Government and put this nastiness to bed, damn I said bed, the censors will be after me now. This is why, we have a Government that is killing Aussies each week they are in power. Not that it will worry us, death will start looking good to many of us when we see what the once proud Australians have become, and the squalor we will be living in. Why should we care, Global Warming will mean camping under the star and sickle will be a bit more comfortable, as long as we can fight off the rats that are in a similar position to us and just as hungry for the days that have become little more than Urban myths now.
